Collaboration depends of eye contact, in fact 70% of our communication is non-verbal communication. We think the only way to guarantee an effective collaboration is keeping eye contact between every member of the team in the same workplace.
Agile meetings
"Agile meeting" mode automatically set a standing meeting for every assistant, convened by a user and facilitating quick and easy collaboration. Every meeting has a default 15 minutes set duration, time enough for a productive meeting. After that, the Ergon Desk returns to his initial position.
